Job summary

SC Johnson in Brantford is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to partner with Consumer business teams and provide strategic financial support across portfolios. You will lead P&L management, forecasting, and reporting to uncover opportunities and drive results.

Qualifications

• +2 years of experience in accounting/finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned customer/business teams to drive revenue and profitability growth.
• Complete all month-end analysis, reconciliations and journal entries as required to manage areas of responsibility on the P&L.
• Provide monthly P&L forecasts for applicable line items.
• Generate key reports for various stakeholders within the organization.
• Participate in the Corplan (Budget) process.
• Ensure that appropriate legal, tax and accounting requirements associated with expenses are met.

As a Senior Analyst, FP&A, you’ll play a key role in driving business performance by partnering with stakeholders across our Consumer business. You’ll provide strategic financial support to assigned Business and Customer portfolios, leading P&L management, forecasting, and reporting to uncover opportunities, influence decisions, and drive results. Key Responsibilities

Required Experience You’ll Bring

The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 76,029.00 CAD - 99,788.85 CAD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives.
