Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and drive data-driven analysis that keeps senior leaders accountable for budgets and P&L growth. You will build and maintain complex Excel models, extract insights from large data sets, and partner with leaders across the business to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Expert knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with financial modeling.
• Proven track record in business partner or corporate FP&A.
• Highly detail oriented and organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication with management.
• Ability to thrive in deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with leaders across the business.
• Prepare presentations for Senior Management.
• Plan and streamline budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analyses against budget/forecast.
• Deliver accurate month-end reporting.
• Provide analytical support and financial guidance for business decisions.
• Handle ad hoc projects and executive requests.
• Contribute to team objectives across the organization.
