Job summary

Behavox, Toronto-based, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the core financial model and drive forecasting for a high-growth SaaS platform. You will evaluate budgets, build scenarios, and translate numbers into actionable insights for leadership and investors.

The role is hybrid with modern offices in Toronto and Montreal, offering ownership over the operating model and proactive risk assessment in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in three-statement models and SaaS accounting.
• Ability to build valuations, scenarios and pro-forma models.
• Strong understanding of revenue drivers and cost structure.

Responsibilities

• Owns the core financial model, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Builds acquisition valuations and consolidates deals into a single view.
• Drives monthly/quarterly business reviews with clear narratives.
• Diagnoses SaaS metrics and advises on driving levers.
• Applies AI-enabled automation to recurring workflows while maintaining judgment.
