Job summary

Aquent partners with a leading financial services organization to design digital experiences used by millions. As a senior UX designer, you will translate complex concepts into intuitive, visually compelling products that accelerate digital strategy.

You will collaborate with diverse teams from ideation to delivery, create wireframes and prototypes, and present design rationales to senior stakeholders. Proficiency in Figma, Mural, and UserTesting is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years designing usable interfaces across multiple channels.
• Portfolio demonstrating application design samples.
• Experience integrating user research into product designs.
• Proficient with Figma, Mural, and UserTesting.com.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams from idea to implementation.
• Lead ideation sessions and provide expert design advice.
• Create low-fidelity sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Develop prototypes with detailed delivery specs for development.
• Present work to senior stakeholders and facilitate usability testing.
• Conduct research activities to deepen user understanding.
