We have been rapidly growing since launching in 2021, and the brand is truly at a turning point to becoming a household name in Canada, and already growing rapidly in parallel in the US market.

An experienced FP&A Analyst based in Montreal that is looking for an exciting chance to take on a unique challenge with tremendous opportunity to grow within a thriving organization.

Ideally you have about 5+ years experience in accounting and preferably within a related industry.

Responsibilities :

• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate key business initiatives (e.g., marketing ROI, customer acquisition costs, LTV)
• Analyze and report on monthly financial performance, variances, and trends across revenue, COGS, and operating expenses
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, and Product teams to gather inputs and provide financial insights
• Monitor KPIs and metrics related to e-commerce performance, including conversion rates, AOV, CAC, retention, and fulfillment costs.
• Assist in pricing analysis, inventory planning, and margin optimization
• Prepare presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and investors
• Develop and improve financial models and tools
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and business cases

Responsibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A and / or accounting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with BI / reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable with technology
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment with attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive mindset and a desire to learn
