As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing analysis and reporting the financial performance of the client. You will serve as a key contributor to the coordination, analysis, reporting, and presentation of the forecast and budget for senior management, as well as drive the development and enhancement of reporting tools and processes to efficiently provide various value-added analyses for management and clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  1. Gather and compile operational and financial information on a monthly and quarterly basis and prepare various consolidated reports and variance analyses for stakeholders (vs. budget, forecasts, prior year).
  2. Contribute to quarterly presentations for JLL senior management and clients.
  3. Assist the Director in managing the budget process, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of forecasts and budgets.
  4. Coordinate analysis and consolidation of revenue and expense forecasting and budgeting; address gaps and recommend interventions to increase cost-effectiveness (e.g., monitor operational expenses).
  5. Develop tools for analyzing and projecting financial results, analyze information, and draft control reports to verify data quality.
  6. Manage and participate in implementing new systems, processes, and reports to simplify workflows and increase organizational agility, with a focus on value creation.
  7. Act as an advisor and collaborator on technological projects across departments.
  8. Support special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Recognized professional accounting designation or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI/Query).
  • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Advanced Forecasting and Budgeting is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize data.
  • Strategic, innovative mindset willing to challenge the status quo and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • High energy with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in English required; French is an asset.
