Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, the Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst will be part of the MET Finance team.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
  1. Handle end-to-end financial planning processes, including financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and submission to Finance for the assigned portfolio.
  2. Analyze monthly financial performance and provide insights on performance variances regularly.
  3. Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end procedures within deadlines, ensuring high standards of financial reporting (e.g., accruals, timely invoice payments).
  4. Support senior management in executing financial strategies to meet cost targets.
  5. Engage with ITS Finance to deliver financial metrics and respond to queries.
  6. Coordinate with Global Engineering managers to develop FTE and financial plans, tracking against them.
  7. Identify process improvement opportunities and efficiencies.
  8. Build templates and processes to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  9. Provide ad-hoc analytical support as needed.
Do you have the skills to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
  1. A relevant, recognized degree, preferably in Business or Finance.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or analytics, preferably in Banking or Technology domains.
  3. Expertise in developing management reports and dashboards.
  4. Self-starter with great attention to detail, results-oriented, strong time management skills, and highly motivated to produce accurate, complete information under tight deadlines.
  5. Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  6. Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
  7. Interpersonal skills, being a team player willing to contribute to team success.
