Job summary

The Boyd Group in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver IFRS-enabled financial analysis, support month-end close, and partner with FP&A and operations to explain variances.

You will maintain the Financial Data Model (FDM), assist with consolidation and intercompany eliminations, strengthen internal controls, and support external auditors with documentation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA designation.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis with clear narrative.
• Draft IFRS memos and support technical accounting work.
• Support close, consolidation, and intercompany eliminations.
• Maintain and optimize the Financial Data Model and GL structure.
• Enhance internal controls and coordinate auditor documentation.
