The Boyd Group Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Unit Accounting Analyst in Winnipeg, MB. You will provide guidance to BU accounting staff, support month-end close, and drive process improvements ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have a business degree with accounting/finance focus, 4+ years in accounting, and experience with Workday or cloud ERP. CPA track is a plus; travel and physical endurance may be required.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards (inventory, cost of sales, revenue recognition).
• Experience in financial variance analysis (Revenue, Gross Margin, OPEX).
• Ability to lead projects, identify improvements and reduce redundancies.
• Excellent communication across FP&A and accounting teams.

Mansioni

• Guide and mentor BU accounting staff to ensure accurate monthly outputs.
• Review monthly reconciliations and high-risk reconciliations for internal controls.
• Identify process improvements and implement new workflows.
• Prepare variance analyses for revenue, gross margin and OPEX.
• Monitor controls and support onboarding and training of staff.
