- Support stock and share management processes by assisting with annual filings to regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Manage compensation cost forecasting by analysing headcount trends and movements across regions, helping inform budget planning and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models that underpin critical decisions related to recruiting strategies and overall budget planning.
- Lead the annual compensation budgeting process by coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders and ensuring accuracy in projections.
- Prepare and review journal entries for compensation-related accruals and expenses, maintaining data integrity throughout all reporting systems.
- Review and approve budget allocations for new hires in partnership with HR, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Partner closely with HR on analysis and reporting for strategic initiatives such as talent acquisition or retention programmes.
- Develop user-friendly KPI dashboards and projection tools that empower business leaders to make informed decisions quickly.
What you'll bring:
- A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in accounting or full-cycle financial analysis within a complex organisational structure.

- CFA designation demonstrating advanced knowledge of investment principles is considered an asset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex modelling functions essential for accurate forecasting.
- A thorough understanding of financial statements coupled with sound knowledge of accounting principles relevant to compensation management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems used for large-scale financial reporting enhances your ability to streamline processes efficiently.
- Excellent analytical skills paired with creative problem-solving abilities enable you to interpret data effectively for non-finance audiences.
- Strong organisational skills ensure you can manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Outstanding communication skills allow you to explain intricate concepts clearly when collaborating with cross-functional teams or presenting findings to senior leaders.
- A collaborative approach combined with adaptability ensures you thrive in fast-evolving environments focused on continuous improvement.
