Base pay range

CA$100,000.00/yr - CA$110,000.00/yr

Location: Halton Hills, ON

Flexibility: Hybrid, 4 days on-site

The Opportunity:

As the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's strategic objectives by providing financial and operational expertise. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and developing key performance indicators to drive data-driven decision-making across Finance, Sales, and Operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes in alignment with corporate goals
• Conducting variance analysis and providing actionable insights
• Preparing financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Managing margin reporting and inventory costing to support pricing strategy
• Supporting ad hoc financial projects and business case analysis
• Driving process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency

What We Need From You:

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong experience in the distribution or consumer packaged good industries
• Proficiency in Excel with the ability to pick up new technology quickly
• Ability to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
