Qualifications

• Requires college or tech diploma in related discipline or equivalent
• Mutual Funds License is required
• Internal Tru Cooperative certification program must be completed
• PFP preferred
• 2-3 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Member Service: Manage an assigned portfolio of members with investments, deposits and lending needs.
• Process complex member transactions including MFDA products, mortgages, loans, accounts and related products.
• Promote branch products/services and pursue cross-sell/referral opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Mentor branch staff on lending/investment products and services.
• Prioritize and manage schedules to deliver a consistent member experience across Tru Cooperative.
