Job summary

Lush Manufacturing in Etobicoke is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain to join our Manufacturing Finance team. You will work as a Finance partner across North American operations, focusing on freight, distribution, and supply chain cost drivers.

This hands-on FP&A role requires deep financial modelling, variance analysis, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable recommendations for operations and procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills with large data sets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally.
• Proactive, adaptable to evolving business needs.
• On-site work four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Forecast volumes, labor, operating costs with Freight and Distribution leaders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across supply chain.
• Deliver month-end analysis and variance reporting.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for supply chain.
• Analyze freight and logistics spend and cost drivers.
• Own monthly freight accruals and invoice reconciliation.
• Partner with procurement and finance to align actuals and budgets.
• Provide cost reduction opportunities and scenarios.
