Lush Manufacturing in Etobicoke, Ontario is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain to join the Manufacturing Finance team. You will partner with Freight, Distribution, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement to forecast costs and provide actionable insights.

This hands-on FP&A role focuses on freight, logistics costs, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting, delivering dashboards and scenarios to support decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or related finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with different stakeholders.
• On-site work ability and commitment to Lush values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Freight and Distribution leaders to forecast volumes, labour, operating costs, and other key financial drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across supply chain operations.
• Deliver month-end analysis, variance reporting, and actionable financial insights.
• Connect operational drivers to financial performance and help business partners understand what is influencing results.
• Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting on supply chain and logistics KPIs.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics and cost drivers.
• Build models to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Own monthly freight and brokerage accruals and invoice reconciliation.
