Bell Technical Solutions in Montreal is seeking a Telecommunications Technician to install and repair residential Internet, Fibe TV and Home Phone services, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.

Qualifications

• Valid Québec Class 5 driver's license (probationary or regular).
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including days, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Training on safe lifting techniques provided.
• Ability to work at heights, including climbing ladders up to 28 feet and support up to 325 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems and tools.
• Positive attitude and commitment to working safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Bell ambassador by delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring customer expectations are met.
• Install and repair services on Bell's fibre optic and copper networks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using your knowledge, tools and company-provided equipment.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members to support shared goals.
• Promote Bell products and services by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Follow all health, safety and operational policies and procedures.
