Job summary

Bell Technical Solutions in Montreal is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and repair Bell’s fibre optic and copper services. You will work outdoors in various weather, often operate independently, and deliver outstanding customer service while learning new technologies.

No previous telecom experience is required; paid training is provided, and there are opportunities to grow your career within Bell.

Qualifications

• Valid Québec Class 5 driver's license (probationary or regular).
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including days, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs; training provided.
• Able to work at heights (ladders up to 28 feet) and support up to 325 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to safety.

Role Summary

Critical Qualifications
