Freudenberg in Canada is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to elevate category insights and reporting across channels. You will analyze POS data, partner with the commercial team on sell-in and sell-through analytics, and support eCommerce analytics.

Responsibilities include distributing category insights, presenting recommendations for category reviews, and supporting innovation and competitive tracking.

Competenze

• Ability to work from home in the Greater Toronto Area and travel within Canada/US as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics/Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of analytics, category management, insights, or sales operations in a CPG company or national retailer.
• Experience with third-party data or insights suppliers (Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, or dunnhumby).
• Strong MS Office proficiency and ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Analyze and summarize POS data and insights from Scintilla/Retail Link, Nielsen, Circana, and other sources.
• Partner with the commercial team to develop sell-in and sell-through analytics.
• Support eCommerce and omnichannel performance reporting and analysis.
• Oversee regular distribution of category and shopper insights to internal teams.
• Develop insights and recommendations for selling stories, reviews, and category analyses; present externally with confidence.
• Investigate business issues using sales data and provide problem-solving recommendations.
• Support innovation and competitive tracking initiatives and guide category, segment, and assortment performance.
