Job summary

Shared Health seeks a senior leader to head the Provincial Pharmacy Shared Service, overseeing operations and provincial programs to ensure safe and efficient drug supply and technology deployment. The role requires extensive leadership across a large, interdisciplinary team and a strong background in pharmacy operations.

The successful candidate will drive transformation within Manitoba's public health system, report to the COO, and travel as needed within the province.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Active member in good standing of a pharmacy regulatory body.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Provincial Pharmacy Shared Service.
• Oversee provincial pharmacy operations and provincially contracted pharmacy operations for the public health system.
• Coordinate pharmacy services to support provincial pharmacy programs with high standards.
