Job summary

FYidoctors is seeking a Senior Recruiter for its Eye Care Professionals recruitment team in Canada. The role focuses on building authentic relationships, proactively sourcing optometrists and opticians, and driving a strategic recruitment approach across Canada.

You will leverage CRM and ATS tools, partner with hiring managers, and contribute to an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth or agency settings.
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (French an asset).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Tech fluency across Microsoft Suite, CRM, and ATS platforms.
• Adaptability and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Source and Engage: Identify and build relationships with leading Optometrists and Opticians across Canada.
• Build Pipelines: Maintain strong internal and external networks to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent.
• Drive Strategy: Partner on creative recruitment campaigns that reflect our brand and values.
• Own the Process: Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding for a seamless candidate experience.
• Leverage Technology: Use tools like Power BI, Phenom (CRM), and UKG (ATS) to recruit smarter.
• Be a Partner: Advise hiring managers through every stage of recruitment.
