Job summary

FYidoctors in Canada is seeking a Senior Recruiter to redefine how we attract talent for Eye Care Professionals across North America. You’ll build authentic relationships with Optometrists and Opticians, shape recruitment strategy, and ensure a superior candidate experience.

With 5+ years of recruitment experience and fluency with CRM/ATS tools, you’ll partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and contribute to our doctor-led, patient-first approach across 360+

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth or agency settings.
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; French is a plus.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Tech fluency across Microsoft Suite, CRM, and ATS platforms.

The Role

As part of our Eye Care Professionals Recruitment team, you’ll go beyond filling roles — you’ll build authentic relationships, uncover exceptional talent, and enhance every aspect of the recruitment experience.

What You’ll Do

• Source and Engage: Identify and build relationships with leading Optometrists and Opticians across Canada.
