Overview

You will report to the AI & Content Solutions Experience Design Manager, working on our AI-powered Customer Success solutions for a team of talented experience and conversational designers. The goal of the team is to connect our front to back customer success experiences. As a designer on this team, you’ll design and influence our AI-powered experiences such as Autodesk Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Design workflows, interactions, and interfaces with varying levels of fidelity to communicate with peers and partners
• Use customer insights derived from analytics and customer interactions to help inform business and design decisions
• Help to plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, customer interviews, and co-creation workshops
• Lead the development of personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Take an exploratory approach, considering the full range of opportunities across content, interaction, and third-party technologies
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and effectively with product management, engineering, UX research, machine learning, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of related professional experience in UX design
• Experience designing for AI powered systems and technologies
• Demonstrated experience wireframing, prototyping, high and low fidelity mock-ups, designing workflows and interactions using a range of tools and formats at multiple levels of fidelity
• Up-to-date expertise in human-centered design best practices
• Experience working collaboratively with global development teams and product managers to deliver usable and desired value to customers
• Excellent ability to distill complex ideas, and large amounts of data and viewpoints, to their essence
• Experience presenting designs to multiple audiences, including software development, product managers, quality assurance, learning content development, marketing, and sales
• Demonstrated experience in research such as contextual interviews, ethnography, user testing
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certification in interaction design or related field
• Experience designing for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and multi-channel experiences
• Experience with Agile software design methods
• Experience with Autodesk or comparable competitive products

Responsabilités

Qualifications Minimales

• 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la conception UX
• Expérience dans la conception de systèmes et de technologies basés sur l'IA
• Expérience avérée dans la création de wireframes, de prototypes, de maquettes haute et basse fidélité, la conception de workflows et d'interactions à l'aide d'une gamme d'outils et de formats à plusieurs niveaux de fidélité
• Expertise à jour des meilleures pratiques en matière de conception centrée sur l'humain
• Expérience de la collaboration avec des équipes de développement internationales et des chefs de produit afin d'offrir aux clients une valeur ajoutée utile et souhaitée
• Excellente capacité à synthétiser des idées complexes, de grandes quantités de données et de points de vue pour en extraire l'essence

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,300 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
