Responsibilities

  • Performs senior-level administrative tasks including project coordination and reporting.
  • Liaises with internal divisions and external parties on behalf of Deputy Chief and management team.
  • Prepares documents, summaries and reports for Council and management.
  • Manages Deputy Chief's schedule and travel arrangements, interviews and meetings.
  • Attends meetings, takes minutes and tracks follow-up actions.
  • Coordinates events, workshops and management meetings.
