Tricon Capital GP Inc in Toronto is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant who will support one or more C-suite executives, manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and handle confidential matters with discretion. The role is based in our Toronto office in a central, transit-accessible area.
You will prepare presentations and reports, coordinate meetings and communications, and help improve executive-office processes while collaborating with leaders across the company in a hybrid schedule.

The Senior Executive Assistant plays a central role in helping assigned members of Tricon’s executive leadership team stay focused, prepared and connected. Through thoughtful coordination, sound judgment and a clear understanding of executive priorities, the Senior Executive Assistant anticipates needs, brings structure to complex schedules and keeps important commitments moving forward. They are a trusted point of connection across the organization and handles sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion. Our Toronto corporate office is located in Bloor-Yorkville, offering a central, transit-accessible location surrounded by restaurants, shops and neighbourhood amenities.
This is a hybrid role, requiring in‑office attendance Monday through Thursday, with Fridays worked in office on a rotating basis.
