PT BYD Motor Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Event Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact events that elevate the BYD and DENZA brands. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of automotive launches, exhibitions, brand activations, and corporate events. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and external vendors to deliver memorable experiences that align with strategic goals.

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in concept development for video campaigns and brand content. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events such as vehicle launches, dealer gatherings, customer experiences, and other brand-related activations.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, sales, product) and external partners (vendors, agencies, production teams) to develop and implement event concepts.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, production setup, permits, and onsite coordination.
  • Ensure all events align with the corporate identity and the brand guidelines while also encouraging creative and innovative approaches that enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Manage on-site event operations, including team coordination, vendor supervision, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and deliver post-event evaluation reports to improve future executions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and event innovations to bring fresh, engaging concepts that support the brand's strategic objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in automotive, FMCG, or agency environments.
  • Proven track record in executing high-profile events with strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines and variable schedules.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and basic budgeting/finance handling; familiarity with event software is a plus
