You will coordinate discipline estimators and guide teams across architectural, structural, and MEP scopes on complex projects worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of combined estimating and construction experience.
• Experience with multidisciplinary estimating and coordinating multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the development of multi-discipline cost estimates and construction schedules.
• Develop detailed estimates for architectural systems, building envelope, interiors, finishes, doors/hardware, and related components.
• Coordinate input parameters for estimates and schedules across disciplines.
• Validate takeoffs and quantities from drawings.
• Coordinate and compile information from estimating disciplines into one estimate.
• Prepare constructability reviews and risk analyses as required.
