Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in estimating and construction roles.
• Field experience, preconstruction or design-phase estimating is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as AACE, RICS, ASPE, PMI, DBIA are assets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multi‑discipline cost estimates and construction schedules.
• Develop detailed estimates for architectural systems, building envelope, interiors, finishes, doors/hardware, and related components.
• Coordinate input parameters for cost estimates and schedules; validate material takeoffs.
• Coordinate and compile information from all estimating disciplines into one cost estimate.
• Prepare estimate execution plans and basis of cost estimates for end users.
