A leading construction company in York Region is seeking a Mid-Senior level Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates for various projects. The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the construction industry and will be responsible for leading Design-Build projects through the tender stage, ensuring all tenders are accurate and submitted on time. Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering or related field and be proficient in estimating software. Full-time position with a focus on quality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years experience in the construction industry, 7+ years in estimating.
• Direct experience in Design-Build estimates and processes.
• Capable of understanding construction drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates using estimating software for all project scopes.
• Lead Design-Build projects through the tender stage.
• Monitor active projects and provide job cost evaluations.
