A leading construction firm in Windsor seeks a Senior Construction Estimator to manage the full tender lifecycle, analyze cost estimates, and coordinate with subcontractors. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of estimating experience with a General Contractor.
• Proven experience tendering ICI and municipal projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and risk.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting full construction drawing sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead full tender lifecycle including quantity take offs, pricing, review, and submission.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and addenda to produce detailed cost estimates.
• Solicit, evaluate, and manage subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure full trade coverage.
• Prepare and issue subcontractor bid packages and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, owners, and internal project teams to resolve scope and technical issues.
• Manage prequalification submissions and bid compliance requirements.
• Maintain estimating accuracy aligned with cost structure and margin objectives.
• Support buyouts, change orders, and cost reviews during construction.
• Prepare cash flow projections and cost summaries as required.
• Identify and pursue bid opportunities and maintain subcontractor call lists.
• Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings when required.
