The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of civil estimating experience and will lead estimating efforts, prepare procurement packages, and effectively communicate with sub-trades. The role offers a pay range of $115,000-$130,000. Candidates with strong negotiation skills and knowledge of various contract types will excel in this position. Qualifications

• Experience working on large scale projects, including design-build.
• Strong understanding of balanced/unbalanced bids and forecasting margins.
• Valid Driver’s licence required.
