Qualifications include a degree in Electrical Technology and a minimum of 5 years of estimating experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience estimating electrical projects.
• Experience with related electrical trade is required.
• Understanding of wiring for Fire Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical service cost estimates and proposals.
• Establish new quotations based on job specifications.
• Accurately calculate quantity take-offs from drawings.

Skills

Proficient in Accubid software

Strong communication skills

Ability to read technical specifications

Understanding of Building Automation

Education

Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma as Electrical Technician

Journeyman Electrician License
