Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking an ERP System Administrator to own and operate the Acumatica ERP platform powering Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Project accounting. This hands-on role configures, tests, and continuously improves Acumatica while partnering with Finance to deliver efficient processes.

You will lead procurement enablement, manage the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration via Celigo, coordinate upgrades, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on Acumatica administration experience across Finance and adjacent modules.
• Hands-on SAP Concur experience in invoice processing, AP workflows, or system administration.
• Demonstrated experience with Acumatica major-version upgrades — including customization risk assessment, test validation, and coordinated rollout.
• Hands-on experience with Acumatica Generic Inquiries, Business Events, push notifications, and approval workflow configuration.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Acumatica administrator across Finance and related modules.
• Design and implement Finance solutions using Acumatica features (Generic Inquiries, Business Events, reports, and workflows).
• Support core Finance workflows: AP, AR, GL, project accounting, billing, and month-end close.
• Coordinate with Finance to document processes and deliver Acumatica enhancements.
• Own integration health of the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration via Celigo; coordinate with vendors and developers.
• Lead testing, governance, and documentation for changes; manage upgrade activities.
