Job summary

The role leads development and continuous improvement of risk frameworks, reporting, and risk-aware decision making for strategic investments and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Accreditation in risk management would be an asset (CRMA, CRM, etc.).
• Minimum 9 years in enterprise risk management, governance, or related areas, with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of COSO or ISO risk management frameworks.
• Proven experience with executive leadership and governance bodies.
• Ability to lead complex, cross‑functional risk initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERM across EPS and act as enterprise risk management subject matter expert.
• Develop and improve enterprise-wide risk frameworks, governance, and reporting.
• Integrate risk management into strategy, budgeting, and major initiatives.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report risks across the organization.
• Advise executives on risk exposure and organizational resilience.
• Lead risk workshops, risk registers, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure accountability for risk mitigation with action plans.
• Provide training and guidance on risk management best practices.
