Responsibilities

• Support the development and ongoing enhancement of the ERM framework.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report enterprise-wide risks.
• Maintain risk registers, risk assessments, and dashboards.
• Analyze risk trends and KRIs to provide insights to management.
• Coordinate risk assessments and workshops with stakeholders.
• Develop risk reporting materials for senior leadership and Board.
• Collaborate with first- and second-line functions on risk practices.
• Monitor remediation plans and support business continuity and resilience initiatives.
• Contribute to policy and framework improvements.
• Support regulatory, audit, and compliance-related risk activities.
