Job Description: Senior Environmental Project Manager

We are SLR Consulting (Canada), a team of over 550 professionals across 18 locations, delivering environmental and sustainability services through a multidisciplinary approach. We are seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our Land Quality and Remediation team in Regina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project tasks and small technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Mentor junior staff while receiving guidance from senior professionals.
• Promote health and safety standards across projects.
• Participate in all phases of contaminated site projects, including assessments, sampling, and reporting.
• Conduct field sampling and monitoring activities.
• Develop remediation strategies and design works.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and manage project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Degree or technical diploma in environmental science, engineering, geology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in contaminated site management, including assessments and remediation.
• Experience in the energy sector and with contaminants like hydrocarbons and PFAS is advantageous.
• Knowledge of remediation techniques and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in remote locations.
• Professional status or eligibility with a recognized organization preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for site visits.
