Senior Project Manager
Requirements:
Visionpool is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will will be responsible for the management of one of our client’s core Intentional Governance programs being managed through the Strategy Realization Office. The Senior Project Manager will provide a combination of Project and Program Management services to one of our core strategic programs. The Senior Project Manager will report to the Senior Director, Strategy Realization Office and will be assigned to a VP level Program Sponsor in furtherance of a core strategic delivery program. This role is based in Regina , but some level of Hybrid arrangement will be considered.

• 10+ years progressive experience in project and program management, ideally with hybrid delivery (Agile + Waterfall) across business and IT domains.
• Experience operating within or alongside enterprise governance structures, including steering committees, program sponsors, and oversight bodies.
• Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant transformation, operational, or system change components.
• Prior experience with vendor or third-party management, particularly in contexts where accountability must be tightly managed across internal and external contributors.
• Preferred: experience working in public sector, insurance, or other financial services.
