Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Environmental Planner to lead environmental planning and assessment for Ontario MTO highway projects within planning and design stages. The role includes coordinating environmental studies, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to proposals and client development, and ensure environmental commitments are integrated into detailed design and construction.

Qualifications

• University degree in environmental planning or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of environmental planning or EA experience, with substantial MTO highway project exposure.
• Experience acting as Environmental Lead on planning, design or related projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Class EA for Provincial Transportation Facilities and Municipal Expressways (2024).
