Qualifications

• Delivery of environmental assessment and permitting for industrial, energy, or heavy infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of at least one provincial or state EA regime end to end.
• Knowledge of air, noise, water, waste, species, and emissions approvals for heavy development.
• Experience coordinating technical consultants, regulators, and Indigenous consultation workstreams concurrently.
• Credibility with regulators built over years, not months.
