GWL Realty Advisors is seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Systems in Winnipeg, MB to support and enhance our real estate platforms. You will collaborate with business teams, Canada Life Technology Services, and external vendors to maintain operations, implement improvements, and deliver reports.

The role emphasizes analysis, project work, security audits, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong Excel and Power BI skills and experience with ERP systems such as

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Service Now would be an asset.
• Experience with Yardi or similar ERP an asset.
• Bilingual (French/English) an asset.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your support and technology skills to lead the analysis and development of solutions to real estate system problems.
• Issue Analysis and resolution.
• Engaging external vendors and Canada Life Technology Services where needed.
• Monitoring and communicating the status of the issue through completion.
• Testing of system enhancements and/or new reports.
• Completion of information requests and/or feeds for internal clients.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in our current applications and processes.
• Conducting and supporting security audits and reviews.
• Understand and support property setup and configuration, user security, system configuration and security, scheduling of system processes and reports, financial consolidations, currency conversions, budgeting process.
• Initiate opportunities to enhance and optimize business systems to help drive value for the organization.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures updates.
