Job summary

You’ll audit accounts, monitor transactions, and collaborate on control frameworks, while overseeing transfer-fee processes and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in financial services, in a high-growth environment.
• 2+ years in vendor and custodian management.
• 2+ years in customer-service facing role.
• Experience in wealth management or regulated industry is a strong asset.
• Advanced Excel with large data set handling and complex comparisons.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Audit accounts related to operational controls including fees and reporting.
• Monitor corporate account transactions and maintain detailed records with approvals.
• Estimate error amounts for trade corrections and resolve discrepancies.
• Process corrective tickets for trade corrections per security type.
• Assist in design, documentation, and monitoring of internal control frameworks.
• Provide monthly internal accounts reports to stakeholders.
• Generate reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Support transfer fee processes for onboarding IAs and exceptions.
• Monitor dashboards for tasks, bugs, and feature requests (e.g., JIRA).
