Job summary

Microserve is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to act as a senior technical authority and trusted advisor for large-scale transformation initiatives. You will lead architecture-led selling, shape opportunities, and provide executive-level guidance across cloud, data, security, and modernization programs.

In this revenue‑driven role, you’ll partner with Account Executives to drive outcomes, quantify value, and deliver funded engagements including assessments, roadmaps, and governance

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated executive level communication and presentation skills; able to sell complex outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical writing and diagramming skills for customer facing narratives and architecture artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level discovery to understand business drivers, constraints, risk posture, and desired outcomes.
• Build trusted executive relationships with senior client stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, VP, Director).
• Frame problems, create urgency, and articulate outcome-based value propositions that convert to funded work.
• Guide clients through cloud, data, security, modernization, and AI strategies as Microserve’s senior technical advisor.
• Own enterprise-level opportunities from qualification through close; maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Shape deal scope, phasing, assumptions, and constraints to align outcomes and commercial structure.
