Job summary

Intact is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to guide the evolution of our enterprise technology landscape. You will define architecture principles, target-state roadmaps, and strategic technology direction across business, application, data, integration, cloud, security, and infrastructure domains.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on ability to influence across the organization while driving modernization initiatives and maintaining governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in information technology, business or related field.
• Extensive experience in application development and systems architecture.
• Proven track record in developing strategies and roadmaps for Enterprise Architecture.
• Knowledge of Insurance/Finance/Fintech is a plus.
• Ability to build AI prototypes and stay current with tech trends.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to creation and governance of enterprise architecture practices and roadmaps.
• Define global EA strategy aligned with business and IT goals.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, policies and governance.
• Lead strategic programs and guide design across domains.
• Review project designs for alignment with architecture.
• Collaborate with IT PMO, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver modernization initiatives.
