Job summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank in Toronto is seeking a Senior Group Risk Manager to lead the EBCCM program. You will oversee governance, regulatory reporting, third-party risk, and audits, while partnering with BI to shape data-driven insights.

In this role you’ll drive integration of AI and automation within controlled processes, communicate complex risk concepts to senior stakeholders, and guide the team through fast-paced, high-energy environments.

Qualifications

• Own the governance of EBCCM's program, including policy maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure EBCCM representation in discussions.
• Oversee Third Party BCM components and risk reviews.
• Partner with BI to define reporting requirements and analytics.
• Analyze program data, dashboards and trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Identify appropriate uses of AI/automation with governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strong team delivering against program objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business unit contacts and internal partners.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into awareness and action.
• Provide on-call crisis management support during realized events.
