Job summary

Moby (Western Fibre Communications Corp) in Calgary is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to own the target-state architecture across business, data, applications, and technology, and to road-map the path there. This role is hands-on, focused on building a scalable, AI-enabled operations platform.

You'll lead migration from legacy tools to a single modern platform, ensure correctness on financial paths, and guide a growing team while collaborating with DevOps, systems, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise or solution architecture spanning business processes, data, apps, and infrastructure.
• Hands-on, not just advisory; ability to deliver architectural outcomes.
• Experience with large-scale ERP migrations (Odoo preferred).
• Experience architecting billing, payments, or other correctness-critical systems.
• Practical AI and context engineering experience with guardrails.
• Ability to translate between executives and engineers; lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Set the target-state enterprise architecture across business, data, application, and technology.
• Lead consolidation onto a single modern platform and migrations off legacy systems.
• Design AI inside operations, specifying what agents decide and where humans supervise.
• Establish data, integration, security, and platform standards to enable national scale.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to the internal team and raise capability.
