Mobility Global in London, Ontario, seeks an AI Solutions Architect to define and maintain reference architectures for AI/ML workloads and to establish technology standards across platforms.

You’ll review high-risk designs, create reusable patterns, and drive enterprise-wide adoption by guiding project architects and tech leads while aligning with cybersecurity and data governance teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development
• 5+ years in AI/ML
• Experience defining AI/ML reference architectures and standards

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain reference architectures for AI/ML workloads (training, inference, RAG, agentic, fine-tuning).
• Establish technology standards: frameworks, providers, data platforms, integration patterns.
• Review high-risk AI designs and publish standards and checklists for reuse.
• Create reusable patterns, blueprints, and starter kits for engineering teams.
• Lead architecture research, horizon scanning, and time-boxed validation prototypes.
• Recommend build-vs-buy decisions based on research evidence.
• Align AI architecture with cybersecurity and data governance teams.
