Job summary

Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, with a strong in-person presence in San Francisco and growing offices across North America. We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process, design compelling demos, and guide strategic deals from scoping to expansion.

You will work with Strategic customers, align with Product and Security teams, and help shape roadmaps by sharing customer insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Engineering or related roles.
• Experience leading strategic customers with $1M+ deal sizes.
• Experience building and presenting demos to GTM teams.
• Strong ability to build relationships with C-suite and technical leaders.
• Experience guiding architecture, integration and security discussions.

Responsibilities

• Go deep on a few accounts and learn their business.
• Own end-to-end technical pre-sales: scope use cases, design demos, articulate value.
• Lead reviews with technical teams and executives across orgs.
• Mentor SEs, set demo/pilot standards, and contribute to GTM playbooks.
• Remain engaged post-sale through handoff, launch, and growth.
• Share insights with Product leadership to inform roadmaps.
