Job summary
Sierra is seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with Sales, design and demo our AI agent platform, and win enterprise deals. You will scope customer use cases, articulate business value, and lead technical reviews from discovery through deployment.
You will collaborate with Product and Agent Engineering to advance our GTM and product development, building deep industry knowledge to scale efforts across sub-industries and use cases.
Qualifications
- 3-4+ years in Sales Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
- Experience with Enterprise customers and deals $200k–$500k.
- Experience in demo building and presenting to customers.
- Ability to translate business problems into Sierra solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's Degree or above; CS background is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary partner to Sales to win deals and grow customers.
- Go from discovery to a tailored, working agent quickly across prospects and existing customers.
- Own end-to-end technical pre-sales: scope use cases, articulate value, design and demo Sierra’s platform, lead reviews, and act as trusted technical expert.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering to drive GTM and improve Agents through customer-driven development.
- Deeply understand industries to scale your work.
