Job summary

Sierra is seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with Sales, guide enterprise deals, and design tailored AI agent demos. You will lead end-to-end pre-sales, scope customer use cases, articulate business value, and coordinate with Product and Engineering to refine the solution. You’ll work across industries to scale successful motions.

Qualifications

3-4+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
Experience guiding Enterprise deals from discovery to close with $200k–$500k sizes.
Proven demo-building and presentation skills with customers or GTM teams.
Strong relationship-building with executives and technical leaders.
Ability to explain Sierra solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience using AI tools as part of the technical sales motion.

Responsibilities

Be the primary partner to Sales, helping to win deals and grow customers.
Lead from discovery to a tailored agent in days across prospects and existing customers.
Own end-to-end pre-sales process: scope use cases, articulate value, design and demo platform, lead reviews.
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering to drive GTM and improve products.
Deep-dive into industries and patterns to scale efforts across use cases.
