Job summary

PeoplePilot seeks an experienced Senior L3 AI Engineer to provide advanced engineering support for enterprise AI products including Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Grok, and Google Gemini. You will resolve complex issues, configure deployments, manage integrations, and mentor Level 2.5 engineers.

You will work with Microsoft and vendor teams, balance rapid feature enablement with security/compliance, and own one AI product while supporting the broader AI portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering or senior technical support experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting AI/LLM products at enterprise scale.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, PowerShell, and Graph API.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and automation practices.
• Experience with AI security and compliance controls (Purview, SSO, SCIM).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and connectors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary engineering escalation point for complex issues beyond Level 2.5 support.
• Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues across the enterprise AI product portfolio.
• Configure, deploy, and scale enterprise AI products including tenant and admin configurations.
• Manage integrations across Microsoft 365, Purview/DLP, Connectors, and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and vendor teams to test, validate, and roll out new AI features and models.
• Mentor Level 2.5 engineers and update escalation procedures.
• Own a primary AI product while maintaining knowledge across the portfolio.
• Drive incident/problem management and post-implementation reviews.
• Contribute to AI automation and agent development for training and QA.
• Support structured handovers between Montreal and Bengaluru teams.
