HRConnects in Montreal is seeking a Senior Level 3 AI Engineer to lead enterprise AI deployment and support across Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and Gemini. You will mentor teams, coordinate with vendor engineers, and drive automation to improve workflows and security across the AI stack.

The role requires 6+ years in enterprise environments, deep AI/LLM experience, and strong scripting (Python, PowerShell) with M365 and ServiceNow integration.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years in enterprise engineering or senior technical roles, preferably in financial services.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting AI/LLM products or large-scale M365 solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, and Graph API.
• Understanding of security/compliance frameworks for AI (DLP, Purview, access management).
• Experience with connectors and integration across M365, ServiceNow, and identity systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; bilingual English/French is a plus for Montreal.

Are you a seasoned AI professional with a passion for enterprise-scale solutions and a knack for solving complex technical challenges? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Level 3 AI Engineer to be at the forefront of our AI product support and deployment initiatives. In this role, you'll serve as the go-to expert for engineering issues across our AI ecosystem, working closely with vendor engineers, managing full product life cycles, and mentoring support teams. Your expertise will help ensure the seamless operation, security, and continuous improvement of our AI offerings, while contributing to innovative automation projects that streamline support workflows.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Over 6 years of experience in enterprise engineering, platform support, or senior technical roles, ideally within financial services.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting AI/LLM products or extensive M365 solutions at scale.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like Python, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks related to AI, including DLP, Purview, access management, and responsible AI policies.
• Familiarity with connectors, the Power Platform, and integration across M365, ServiceNow, and identity management systems.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset for candidates based in Montreal.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.
• Deep troubleshooting skills across AI and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Ability to develop and refine knowledge bases, and mentor junior team members.
• Strong collaboration skills across geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• Over 6 years in related enterprise environments, especially within financial services, supporting large-scale AI or productivity platforms.
• Willingness to operate within a follow-the-sun support model, based in Montreal with staggered hours for optimal coverage.
• Fluency in English; bilingual English/French communication skills are preferred for candidates in Montreal.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on security, compliance, and platform reliability.
