Job summary

Elk Valley Resources (EVR) is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance, Running Repair to oversee mobile maintenance activities at Elkview Operations in British Columbia. You will lead trades, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Journeyman ticket and related degree or technical diploma.
• Supervisory experience is an asset and knowledge of materials planning is a plus.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook and Word; SAP training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety programs and enforce policies.
• Direct maintenance and repair of mine equipment to maximize availability.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure Preventative Maintenance records are accurate in CMMS.
• Provide feedback to operators on reliability practices.
• Manage daily/weekly work schedules and monitor budget and timelines.
• Analyze delays and coordinate resources to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate sourcing of supplies, contractors, and services within budget.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate training.
• Ensure KPIs for downtime, schedule adherence, and labor are met.
